Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Faster options, when available, are shown with their price at checkout.

Delivery time. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Orlando, FL within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.

Order processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Wrong address or lost packages. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
