Made the long way
Our Story
Six decades, three generations, one promise: boots made honestly, for people who work in them.
Door to door
Divino Oliveira began selling shoes door to door through the countryside of Minas Gerais, Brazil. In the small city of Araguari he became known as the finest salesman around — one handshake, one pair at a time.
Calçados Triângulo
With everything the road had taught him, Divino opened his first factory and gave it a name: Calçados Triângulo. The triangle has been with us ever since.
Boots for those who work the land
Triângulo outgrew its region and reached all of Brazil — above all the Northeast, where farmers and cattle ranchers came to depend on our boots day after day, season after season.
Our own leather
We began tanning our own hides — earning recognition for our environmental practices and taking full control of the material at the heart of every pair.
Looking north
After four decades in Brazil, the family set out to cross borders. The first designs made for the American market began to take shape.
A loss, and a promise kept
The pandemic forced us to step back. During it, we lost Mr. Divino. His legacy never wavered — his son picked it up and carried it forward.
TIERCE
Years of searching for the right materials, and a partnership with designer Vinicius Dapper, gave us the TIERCE Chelsea boot — six decades of a family's craft, honoured in a single pair.
Every pair we make carries his name.
